  P article P hysics : Introduction: The study of the fundamental forces and particles that make up matter and radiation is known as particle physics, often known as high energy physics. The Standard Model divides the fundamental particles of the cosmos into fermions (matter particles) and bosons (force-carrying particles). There are three generations of fermions, but only the first generation produces ordinary matter. Up and down quarks, which create protons and neutrons, as well as electrons and electron neutrinos, make up the first generation. Electromagnetism, the weak interaction, and the strong interaction are the three fundamental interactions that are known to be mediated by bosons.   Particle Physics Hadrons are created because quarks cannot exist on their own. Baryons are hadrons with an odd number of quarks, while mesons are hadrons with an even number of quarks.
